Harmony Village in Rosemount MN has the heavy machinery out again. Moving land and setting up surveyor stakes. Wonder what is going to be the first to go up, luxury apartment buildings or senior living.
Although single family home sales in the neighborhood have slowed, townhouses continue to sell and it appears that the development will not the let all the negative news affect it’s plans.
