Rosemount is an up and coming small town that has a lot of great neighborhoods. The community has a lot going on with big plans for the future and redevelopment of the downtown area.

One of the best areas or neighborhoods is Evermoor because it offers a different living style for everyone. The neighborhood is almost complete and has a total of thirteen different neighborhoods with in it. Home building is still continuing but not at the torrid pace.

The builders that are building right now are DR Horton and Lennar. They don’t offer too much variety as far as floor plans, most homes are semi custom with little room to build. If you decide to build in Evermoor you can still negotiate on incentives to get the best deal possible. The existing homes that for sale in offer more custom options.

Another neighborhood with a high interest level is Harmony Village, following in Evermoor’s footsteps in offering a complete but not to the scale of Evermoor. The area is still being built up and more land development is continuing with plans for more housing and townhomes.

There’s plenty of townhouses, that’s evident by just driving by. Builders to choose from include Mcdonald Construction, Mittlestaedt, Kathy Trimble Custom Homes, Wright Homes and Rottlund.

T?here is still a lot going on in Rosemount, if you have any questions feel free to ask.
