Elevation Realty Group + Keller Williams Premier

A couple of weeks ago I decided to make a shift. Making the move to Keller Williams Premier Realty in Apple Valley from Coldwell Banker Burnet. No big reason for the move except for the fact I have always been intrigued by Keller Williams and the services they deliver to consumers. They have their best foot forward and are constantly pushing for new technology to help deliver a better real estate transaction.

Elevation Realty Group & Keller Williams Premier

Elevation Realty Group was created by myself along with Corey Han. One of the biggest approach to be taken is the no hassle. I have noticed over the years how broken the system is with the hard sell. The in your face salesy attitude should move by the wayside. We are trying to move away from the self fluff and obnoxious techniques that are still going on today.

Moving away from the broker centric model towards the consumer centric model giving them all the information that is needed. So many people are reluctant to give consumers information. Bringing the process back to the consumer.

The Latest Technology

Technology makes the home buying and selling process a lot of fun. We provide clients with a variety of tools to use, things that aren’t even being used around here. I would like to think that we use innovative products to help build better relations with buyers and sellers.

We give sellers the tools to globally syndicate your listing, not just locally. Driving virtual buyers to your home as well as traditional home buyers. If your buying a home, you want information about everything to make the best possible decision, we use a variety of websites/tools that will help you out.

I have added a local discussion forum so you can ask questions about buying, selling, the local real estate market, investing in real estate or just about anything. Get local advice from not just us, but local voices as well.

Different… yes. Click here to find out why.

Congrats on the move, although interesting in a time like now.

@Nick

Thanks! Should definitely be fun and looking forward to it :-)

Still the same passionate person, providing an authentic and innovation experience to the real estate process!
