If you can brave the cold instead of growing old on the beach in sunny and warm Florida, Minneapolis ranks high in yet another list by Forbes as one of the top places to retire or grow old. Most of the top ten cities were located in the midwest or inland, given how expensive the coasts have become and home values dropping like a rock.
