This is truly a unique community that started back in 2006 in Lakeville that is similar to Cobblestone Lake in Apple Valley which both are built by the same developer. The original farm was run by Mr Brandtjen himself who first farmed on it back in the 30’s. The land sold in the early 2000’s for the 550+ acre project which is expected to turn out over 2100 homes and 150,000 plus commercial retail space.

The neighborhood features custom built homes by some of the areas finest builders. Most of the architecture in the neighborhood is centered around early American, traditional arts & crafts style homes. Streets are ‘boulevard style’ lined with trees on both side.

Homes start in the 400’s and go up from there. There are also some side by side single level living town houses built by Charles Cudd.

Amenities include the original dairy barn renovated to be a community clubhouse that includes a 24 hour fitness center, game room, party room and outdoor pool. The area also boasts wooded tree-lined shores from a man made lake.
