houselogicNew real estate site hits the web, well it’s been in beta for the past few days that launched as a consumer fronting website last week  from the National Association of Realtors called HouseLogic.

The site seeks to be the complete resource for homeowners were you can track the progress of your home as you make updates to it with improvements, maintenance and just about anything else that deals with home ownership.

I haven’t played enough with it yet to really get a good decision on it but it has promise but here is a little overview of how it works.

I tried this site out the other day. I’m not so sure it will get used in the long run. Some might go…hey this is kind of cool, but after a while it might lose its novelty. I’m just not sure it has something to make consumers want to come back. It didn’t in my case.

I had an invite before it launched but was so easily distracted once I inputted my address, too much info IMO. I probably need to spend some time with the site to better get a feel. It has a great user interface though.
