I first saw it on Kare11 here, then I just had to ask Tim Brewster directly:
twitterplay4brewhouseObviously he didn’t get back.

Is he preparing for his short reign to be over as Gophers Football coach? Is he underwater on his mortgage because he did buy it back in 2008? Questions to be asked.

I decided to look into the listing a little bit more by searching in the NorthstarMLS for homes in Shorewood above $2,000,000 and up. Found it located amongst the 60 plus other homes for sale around Lake Minnetonka in that price range.

It turns out that the home was purchased in March 2008 for $1,872,000 per county tax records so it turns out his home actually appreciated a nice chunk of change during this massive housing collapse, go figure. The current list price is $2.1 million and has 4 bedrooms 6 bathrooms with over 6600 finished square feet.

The home has been listed for close to 3 months, meaning he put it up for sale a couple of weeks into the football season.

Mary and John Ritter of ReMax Results have the listing.

Given the reason performance of the team, do you think he will be gone after the season is over?

It’s probably good for the Gophers and if I recall correctly it was questioned why he was made coach in the first place.

they need to make a run at Dungy is what they should really do. as an avid gopher fan, this program has been pathetic for far too long
