This neighborhood is located in the very southwest corner of Inver Grove Heights off Highway 149 and South Robert Trail. The entire neighborhood consists of custom built homes from Manley Homes. They range in price on the low side of $500,000 to easily of $1 million.
If your looking for acreage, then this is where you will find it. Not many places south of the river consist of the open space and rolling hills.
