The concept is simple, find a home here or any site and bookmarket it to Dwellicious to come back for viewing later. The problem with some search sites is they don’t offer all homes for sale (not this one because homes come straight from the MLS), which in turn leads to a problem of keeping track of your favorites. Dwellicious keeps the home search organized.

Overall Minneapolis showed a 6.5% decline compared to 12.1% in St. Paul. A couple of cities posted declines greater than 15% and only one city, Carver posted a decline of less than 1%.
However, it is very important to note that some of the cities that posted large declines are due in large part because of the amount of foreclosures. These cities were part to large amount of fraud especially the outer ring suburbs.
Going back to the national scale, a couple of disturbing stats that came from the data was the amount of people that have negative equity. If you purchased you house in 2006, 45% are underwater and within the last five years about 29% owe more on their home than what it is worth.
]]>The charts provide REAL-TIME market stats which gives you a better idea of what is really happening in the market, not just the general Twin Cities area but all the way down to each individual city. With the charts you will get a better idea of where home prices are heading and get a better idea of market demands.
If you need help in better understanding what the charts mean, just ask.

Here is a fun website to go play around with, Walkscore. This website allows you input your address to see how walkable your neighborhood is, relevance to its location to shopping, retail, restaurants, parks or just about anything else that makes an area to live enjoyable.
Inman News touched on this a couple of days ago with an article relating to the popularity of Walkscore given the price of gas and the importance of being close areas of walking distance.
The website rates the area where you live on a scale from 1-100, with the 100 being a walkers paradise and 0 being driving only. If you’re into celebrity stalking, you can also get the lowdown on how walkable some celebrities palaces are.
