University/Dinkytown

The University neighborhood has become one of the more livable areas of Minneapolis. The community offers almost anything a resident would need. The area is made up of students attending the University as well as residents who all blend together and make this neighborhood what it is. The area is literally surrounded by a number of boutique shops, restaurants, bars, music venues, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The considerable amount of action in the neighborhood has led a number of exciting condo projects and there will only be more to come in this great neighborhood.
