The Twin Cities music scene is heating up as Summer starts to roll in. Sister restaurants Barbette and The Red Stag Supper Club have just announced their lineups for the Red Stage Block Party and the Bastille Day Block Party. Below is the lineups for each festival. Mortgage Rates Fall To Record Lows

Mortgage rates are approaching a 60 yr low. A fixed 30-year mortgages is down to an average of 3.84% this week, says mortgage giant Freddie Mac. Consumers shouldn’t hold out for lower rates, says Guy Cecala of Inside Mortgage Finance. “We’re near the lowest you’ll ever see,” he says. Freddie Mac is reporting it predicts rates will rise on a 30-year fixed mortgage to rates of 4.25 or even 4.5. Translation if you are thinking about buying a home it’s go time! Rates may never be this low again.
