Doesn’t matter if you are first time home buyer or if you just want to re-educate yourself about the real estate market.

Here is kind of the set up, look at it as a barcamp style meaning this:

BarCamp is an ad-hoc gathering born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. It is an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction from participants who are the main actors of the event.

Discussion is open and participation is widely encouraged. Think of it as a round table discussion.

Some topics to think about

• Finding the right agent or loan officer
• What needs to be done before the home search
• Tax Credits and Mortgage programs
• Home buying process
• and whatever else pops up!
