Search New Construction Homes Here
A lot of Twin Cities home buyers don’t realize you can search for new homes on the MLS. Yes, most builders put their spec homes or models on the MLS to be found by different buyers. You just have to know where to look.

There are a couple of different ways to find the new construction homes. First go to Living Twin Cities home search and zoom into the an area where you know where a new subdivision is. However, this way is kind of like a shot in the dark.
Another way is to go to search page and on the bottom left corner click on the [Advanced] button. Move the ‘year built’ slider over to 2008 or greater and there you have it.
The best way and probably the easiest is to go to the search page and click on the [Advanced] button on the bottom of left hand corner of the search page. Then enter the subdivision in to field where it says city/community/zip code.
