Currently I do not list homes for sale, I only work with buyers. If you are looking for an agent to sell your home I can point you in the right direction.

I’ve laid out below some things to look for when asking a real estate agent to sell your home.

• Photography:  Ask the agent if they take their own pictures or hire a professional. A lot of agents believe they are professionals when really a child could snap some better photographs. Potential buyers will make their decision online before they even drive buy your house and photographs will tell them if they will even make the attempt for a showing. Demand lots of photos and make sure you approve them, you want the best!
• Video: this is a must now days. With the low cost professional produce videos of your home to market, why not.
• The Internet: Every agent should have access to variety of tools to sell your home. Don’t believe an agent say they are the only one that can “do this” when it comes to marketing your home online. Make sure the agent is aware of what syndication of you listing means, if not move on to the next.
• Custom website portal: A single domain with like 123street.com pointing every click to your house with all the information, photographs, et al.
• Custom sign: To many companies have the same boring for sale sign. Ask for a custom sign with photos of your property so it STOPS cars when driving by.
• Open houses: They still work, have them think outside of the box.
